Heather Galea

Heather is an emerging artist based on Manitoulin Island. She was born and raised in Toronto but upon relocating to Manitoulin was instantly captivated by the beautiful surroundings. With a renewed commitment to art she found clarity and serenity in the careful observation and study of nature’s delicate details.

As a mom of three young children Heather is grateful to share their experience of the natural world through their sense of adventure and wonder. From the sounds of the shoreline to the marvel of the setting sun, Heather continues to be inspired by the splendour of Manitoulin Island scenery.
