Artist Statement:

Texture, and colour are huge contributors to most of my works.

 

So it's not only the visual sense that comes into play, but the art is also tactile.

 

It can give a deeper meaning to a piece, and allow for a more expanded interactive experience.

 

 

 

Artist Biography:

Perry is a self taught artist who has lived on Manitoulin most of his life.

 

Inspiration comes in many forms, including everyday Island life, but also from the world and beyond via the internet.

 

He prefers to create outdoors, and you will find him busy most often on sunny, windless days......
